Typing services offered by OutSec
STANDARD SERVICE : 100p per recorded minute. (Note that Inventory clients prices start at 95p per recorded minute).
Work is processed and returned within 24 hours of receipt. Charge is made on a per-minute usage basis.
So a ten minute piece of dictation will cost £10 (+VAT).
PRIORITY SERVICE : 130p per recorded minute. ( 125p for Inventory Departments)
Immediate real-time transcription on a per-minute usage basis. So a ten minute piece of dictation will cost £13 (+VAT).
Charges
OutSec charge on a per-minute basis. There are no fixed fees, no minimum billing or monthly costs and the service is available on a pay-as-you-go basis. For more information

Invoicing is at month-end with settlement due on receipt.

Transcription is done in standard Microsoft Word. OutSec is also able to remotely access Quest and Valex with a minimum of setup time. We can also go in via client VPNs and enter data directly into databases remotely.
It may be possible to integrate with existing in-house database and client management software – email or call for more information.
